Shipping Policy
1. Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We don't ship outside the United kingdom
Returns & Refunds:
1. Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
1. Email us at shop@prsoycandle.co.uk with your order number.
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7] business days.
